We have noticed in recent weeks that some customers (especially in regards to ebay auction winners) have had trouble receiving our emails. Please check that your spam filters aren't throwing out our emails (and others possibly too!). This is happening quite often with people with 'hotmail' and 'AOL' accounts. Please check your 'junk' folder regularly! Please note,- in regards to auction winner notification etc, we are not responsible if your spam filter is blocking our emails. It is up to you to pay for auction items within the required time or else negative feedback will be left.
